Lives up to the name.. This book introduces a number of facts in a way that makes them easier to understand .... even if its just in understanding that the concept is incomprehensible. So many books have tried to do this in a way that is entertaining to all ages but this is honestly the first book i have found that does it in a way that is manageable for children to sit through and try to understand or be open to. Each concept is a two page spread ; a page of text and a monochrome images somewhat related to each concept (no detailed info-graphs that distract or over complicate definitions to disrupt the experience of hearing about a difficult concept orally)

I loved reading these facts. Some I knew, some I didn’t. It was a nice night time activity reading them with my partner and discussing them :-)
