Utkarsh's book is now over ten years old, and many of the issues he raises are better understood today, and several new issues have replaced some of the older ones, but he is extremely insightful about the key issues that come up in general management. Having run India center for a good period of time, I could still relate to many of those issues.

If you are new to the role of India Center Head, it might be the fieldbook you want to keep on your desk for initial few months!
