This is the first novel I read from Chinese author Beijia Huang. The story is about a young boy, who starts living with his estranged mother after the death of his father. The story is narrated throught the eyes of the child, who used to live in a small city and now lives in a bigger city of Nanking. It is a feel good story to be read more by children and teenagers, living in broken families and/or caught between 2 parents. Parents will enjoy reading this book too.
