The man made my life pure hell in high school. But that was years ago. And we’re both all grown up now. He’s hotter than sin and has a smile that leaves me and my friends panting for his attention. It’s spring break and I need time with the girls on the beach. Florida should do the trick. Never in a million years did I expect Hudson Philips to be there. Memories of him bullying and teasing me mercilessly roll through me in waves, but we’re not kids anymore, and those aren’t the only waves he’s making. He’s damned determined to get back into my good graces, and he’s working every angle possible to make sure it happens. As hard as I try to deny him, he quickly becomes the only thing I can think about. But the minute I let down my guard, he puts his up again. He’s not looking for a long-term love affair. I wish he were, but for now, I simply want him to touch me again.

A fun and steamy enemies to lovers/second chance romance. Hudson and Riley went to high school together and he was not nice to her during school. Little did each other know, they both had crushes on each other and didn’t act on them. 4 years have passed and they are now neighbors while on spring break and let me say when they finally give in to their feelings, it is explosive. Loved this read and can’t wait to see what she has coming up next.

This book had me very engaged for the first 2/3. This is a slow burn enemies to lovers romance. It'd have a higher rating if the last 1/3 maintained the interest from the third.

I think you'll like this book if you like the above tropes. It does have spring break behavior though I'd consider it a milder variety. Most of the characters had no sex and the sex that did occur was not too explicit (a middle steam level). Riley, our heroine, is a female that hasn't had much of a social life due to her nerdier instincts. If you like seeing a heroine like that score the hot guy, this book may also be a good read for you.

A couple things that could have been done better:
1. It was hard to understand why Riley was so quick to have sex with Hudson. It's not like her and she always hated him. Imagine how much better it would have been if two sentences were added: I was really insecure in high school. How could I not be when the guy I'd crushed on all this time calls me a nerd and other insults?
2. The book jumps from spring break to school being out. This didn't allow closing the character arc for Riley. Did she grow? Can I believe they'll make it? We're to believe they're made to be because of less than a week together followed by three months of face time. I need to know if Riley has learned to have balance. Can she pursue her career goals successfully and have the guy?
3. The conflict in the end lasted an hour. I get that they were leaving soon and it needed to be tied up on spring break but that fell flat.
4. There are some missed typos and misuse of words (two for too).

Riley is gearing up for law school and is convinced by her sister to live up one last spring break before life gets serious. Spring break really isn’t Riley’s thing but she goes to appease Hannah and low and behold, someone from Riley’s past ends up staying right next door. This isn’t just any someone, but rather someone who made Riley’s high school experience miserable.

Hudson and his friends find themselves in Florida for spring break. When he finds out his crush from high school is staying right next door, he makes it his mission to get another shot.

This one was easy to put down, which instantly means 3 stars or less for me. The character were hard for me to connect to. I felt that the progression of their relationship was too quick to me. In addition, part of the ending rubbed me the wrong way - all of a sudden because Riley is attending school back in Texas, Hudson was willing to work it out? I just didn’t love the storyline or characters, this book just wasn’t for me.

Riley and Hudson were as frustrating as they were cute and adorable. There’s a hint of ‘bully romance’ to this story, but it’s very much the playground kind of bully. It doesn’t take us very long to learn that the reason Hudson spent so much time behaving like a jerk was because he didn’t know what to do with his feelings for the brilliant girl so far out of his league. Riley held her grudge for a lot longer than I thought she needed to, but I get it. I don’t know how easily I’d forgive any of the bullies from my own past. It was a lot of fun watching this pair dance around all their seething emotions. And I really enjoyed seeing them get to know each other as they are now rather than who they remembered from school. The ending is utterly precious and now that we’ve gotten to know their friends and family a little bit, I kind of hope to see some of them get stories of their own.

Enemies to lovers

Hudsan and Riley went to school together, he was always bullying her, or thats how she took it, and he always thought she hated him. 4 years later they end up neighbors when they both go to spring break with friends. Very quickly we find that Hudsan was not reallu bullying her in highschool, he was trying desperately to get her attention, but always felt out of her leaque. She always liked him, but thought he hated her, so in protecting herself acted like she hated him. The joys of being a teenager.
During the spring break they finally get together, before they again have a misunderstanding, he thinks she is going back to Boston, and he is staying in Texas and will not do long distance. Can they figure things out...
I loved the friends from both of them and hope to see their stories. I did find that Rileys sister was a bit snobby, but definitely loves her sister.

I received this book free from the author and freely give my honest review

Touch Me Again is such an amazingly fun enimies to lovers story filled with angst, sexy fun times, spring break, old high school friends and lots of fun filled action. I loved Hudson and Riley's hate / love relationship for each other as it just made their getting together that much better. these two had such wonderful chemistry it was a shame that misunderstanding and bullying behavior got in the way.

I also enjoyed reading about all their friends, I do have to say Riley's sister Hannah was annoying with her selfish, stuck up, pretentious behavior and I hope that if there is a future book about her it is with someone that finds a way to bring her down a few pegs. Everyone else was fun, light hearted and I hope we get to look forward to seeing how their futures pan out.

Touch Me Again is an excellent book that you cant help but fall in love with and a must read!!!

Gifted the reader with another steamy romance read

Riley, a pre-law criminal justice major, goes on a Spring Break trip at her sister’s insistence and discovers Hudson, a business major and her high school tormentor, is their neighbor. As the story progresses the sins of the past are slowly forgiven, a new path is tried out, and the temporary feeling may send them back more hurt than necessary if they cannot learn to communicate properly. C. Morgan has gifted the reader with another steamy romance read about two people reconnecting during Spring Break in their last year of college. There are plenty of shenanigans to be found here for those of us that like things on the spicier side.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Oh my gosh talk about steamy passion and romance. C. Morgan has crafted an amazing and funny enemies-to-lovers story. Riley and Hudson have known each other since they were kids but now that college is over and a new chapter of their lives is about to begin, they find themselves thrust into a shared beach house for spring break. I loved Riley and Hudson’s story, it was captivating, funny, romantic, and the character development was great. The way Hudson is perceived as a player when in fact he is the total opposite and how after making things right with Riley, he discovers all he needed was the right girl in order to finally see what he was missing in life was so swoon worthy. At the same time the way both characters grow together was beautifully written. I loved this book and can’t wait to read more from C. Morgan.

A teenage love story

This is a very passionate love story many teenagers will enjoy. A Spring-break vacation when senior school ends. Five girls book in to an apartment in Florida together for a week. Unbeknown to them, four guys from their school book in next door. Two of the girls are sisters. One is very aware of her charms, always putting her studious younger sister down, believing herself to be the sexy attractive one, out to catch a rich husband. This is the only time she does not get her way, since her sister falls in love with her nemesis, the very handsome guy who used to tease her mercilessly. He ignores her sister's attempts to attract him.
I did not enjoy the casual sex and apparent lack of morals, or the drunken parties.

TOUCH ME AGAIN by C. Morgan
I feel like I actually got to go to Florida for spring break with Riley and the girls to party. This is a very well written enemies to lovers story. Hudson had a crush on her in high school, and in trying to get her attention it backfired on him. She thought he was horrible and made her life miserable with bullying. Some years later in Florida on break, they end up renting a duplex and guess who is on the other side? Hudson works hard to get Riley to give him a chance, he is very charismatic so it worked. This is a 4 star story.

This book brings us Hudson and Riley. They knew each other in high school, and even though Hudson had a major crush on her, he made fun of her and it hurt Riley deeply. Now they find each other living next door to each other on Spring Break. At first, things are tense, but then Riley decides to give Hudson a chance. Oh what a chance! I loved how Hudson took "care" of Riley and was very tender and loving. Riley's sister, on the other hand, was a real piece of work. This was a great read and I highly recommend it. I did receive an arc for an honest review.

Utterly Delightful Romantic Comedy! - 5 Stars

This was an utterly delightful romantic comedy. The story was a slow burn but nonetheless the antics of all the players was most enjoyable. The two main male and female characters were surrounded by friends of each of them. This togetherness added to the complexities of their romance. All worked out in the end, after all assumptions were worked out.

Good Stuff!!

I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel from the author and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.

An enemy to lovers book. Hudson and Riley knew each other from school. He was her bully and he didn’t think she liked him. How things look when their kids aren’t always what they seem. Years later they run into each other once again. Will they both realize that there are true feelings between these two and it was just a total misunderstanding all those years ago. A good story that was written well and had enjoyable characters.

what a good book!

this is the first book by Miss Morgan that I've read and I really enjoyed it! it had all the feels and had good characters that developed and pulled you into the story and you just found yourself caring about all of them and couldn't wait to see what happened. This book had such a wonderful ending and I'm going to read more by this talented author that's for sure! Thanks for such a good read Miss Morgan. I am a new follower!

RiRi & Hudson

Love the concept of old friendships rekindle and coming alive with romance and truth. However, the author didn't make the book exciting to read. Information kept being repeated, actions were hesitant and poor assumptions made. By the time the end was near, I had lost interest.

I still enjoy the author writing skills and I loved many of her past romance deliveries but alas, this book Chloe, was a disappointment!

Aww, Springfield Break!

Fate can catch up to you anywhere you land and that is exactly what happen to Hudson and Riley. Rivals in high school get a second chance at true love during Spring Break there senior year of college. This was a sweet read with great characters. There were times I wished I could slap Hannah, Riley's older sister for her ugly behavior, but she made good towards the end of the book. Truly enjoyable book to reac on a rainy or sunny day.

Loved this heart warming fun read, liked all the characters. When i first saw the front cover and read the blurb i had my doubts" as i was expecting another read that was like others i have read of this type... but like we say "do not judge a book by its cover! Lesson for me was well and truly learnt! Hudson & RiRi have both got issues, but its clear they both really like each other..

Not for me

Unfortunately, I did not care for this book. The characters were simple, and the only one who seemed at all complicated was the protag’s sister (Hannah). Dialogue was repetitive and tedious. The story had a VERY small arc. It never really went anywhere. I can not recommend this book.

Yes, please

Well, if this isn't just the perfect read for summer. Hudson is hot with a capital H and some of these scenes will have you sweating like you were sitting on a beach somewhere in Florida. I adored the school bully to die-hard lover aspect.
