Who doesn't know angry people or has frequent outbursts of anger themselves? This book described and explained my father (now dead), my brother (now in quarantine until he behaves) and my husband (almost ex - yay!). What a huge relief (it wasn't my fault!) and an utterly fascinating read. Another extremely well-written, informative, compassionate and accessible book by Griffen and Tyrell.
