It sucks starting over. Then again, it sucks more when you realize not much of your life had ever really begun. This time I was making my own choices. No one was going to control me.
Having an off-season fling with my ex-husband’s new boss was probably not how most people go about fresh starts.

Hockey was in my blood. I wanted to play the game for as long as I could. Turns out, that time frame was shorter than planned. I hung up the skates and moved across the country, taking a position with my brother’s team in Tampa, and landed in bed with an unexpected roommate—literally.

Whatever happens next, the risk will challenge both of our new beginnings.

Gah!!! She did it again!!!!! I immensely enjoyed book 2 in this series! I loved the return of my favorite supporting characters and a few new ones! If you don’t crack up at Elise there’s something wrong with you lol. I enjoyed getting to know Alex & Chelsea and watch them grow & evolve. There wasn’t a boring part to the book. Stacy Lane has a knack for balancing the romance, sex & comedy! Can’t wait to see where this fairly new author goes!

I liked this one a bit better than first one but seriously, gorgeous triplets!!!! What would ever be a problem with that....and hockey too.

You did it again! This one is just as good as First to Fall!! I was rooting so hard for Chelsea and you developed her character to the fullest! The story was refreshing and beautiful. You have done such a wonderful job with a family series, and I love having a new author to stalk and make sure I know when you hit publish. I am really looking forward to Cam’s book!

Worth the wait
I feel like I waited forever for this book! I got to the point I was looking almost every other day. Totally worth it! I can't wait for Cam's book!

Whatever Happens Next is the next installment in the Triplets series featuring Alex Labelle and Chelsea (Lewis) Matthias.
You know that saying about ‘good things coming when you least expect them,’ well this is the case for both Chelsea and Alex. As much as they try and keep things casual and friendly neither of them can resist the temptation of the other; regardless of the consequences.
I really enjoyed Alex and Chelsea’s slow-burning romance. They were sexy, playful and you definitely felt the attraction. The Labelle triplets and Lewis sisters were splendid and bring fun and snappy banter that is downright comical. Low-angst and great pacing. An all-around great read. A solid 4.5 stars!!!
I’m looking forward to Cam’s journey into love.

Good read
Enjoyed this book more than the first. Loved Alex and enjoyed his story. Chelsea took a bit of time to warm up to but she comes into her own. Like other reviewers felt that vic deserved some real karma backlash.

4.5 ⭐️ This was a great read, I feel like since the first book I was so captivated by the characters and intrigued and I love the way they all are such a big part of each couples stories. Not my favorite of the series but so enjoyable.
