Insightful in some ways. I found this book to be interesting but as I read it many of the items seemed dated. It is not an old book by any means but some of the generalizations of people did not seem currently if ever accurate more than from a cursory perspective. I took caution in my reading and after completing the book was less than expected. I actually got more out of several other psychology books. (Yes, this is a sales book but it tries to lump people into boxes)

Dustin breaks down 4 different buying styles individuals have. Fighters, Detectives, Entertainers and Counselors.
Definitely not the first sales book you should read but once you have some skin in the game it really helps to understand behavioural cues that these people to have learn to better communicate for their needs the way they want to hear it.
Good intro to general sales concepts and how to adjust to different buyers. Some really terrible passages in there where the author thinks if you listen intently you get bigger ears, for example. So needs to be taken with a pinch of salt.
