I have read all of LJC Fynn's book and was not disappointed in Teeka. LJC has a way with words that grab you and won't let you go. The main character Teeka is a fighting machine. This book is action-packed with a little love on the side. You have no choice but to love her. I picked it up and didn't put it down till I was done. I can't wait for her next book!

The synopsis of this book piqued my interest and made me want to read it despite it not being a genre I typically read.
I was very intrigued by the plot and finding out what was going to happen with Teeka. However, I was not a complete fan of how the story jumped character perspectives with no warning. It was difficult to know right away who was talking and what side they represented.
This story spiraled through so many layers of secrets and truths. It was certainly exciting and constantly made me want to learn more about Teeka and the world around her.

Since I am a bonafide cover art and blurb fanatic, I had to have this pretty on my bookshelf. The story is action-packed. Really liked Teeka's character, she is a fighting machine and a true shero. This one ended quicker than I would have liked, so hopefully there will be more Teeka, Rafe and Damien in my life, soon.
