Bankrupt: The Intellectual And Moral Bankruptcy of the Democratic Party

Rate this book

"Don't ever, ever be tempted to vote for a liberal, even as a protest vote. David Limbaugh shows you why, in the most devastating critique I've ever seen of just how intellectually and morally bankrupt the Democratic Party has become. When it comes to 'must reads,' put David Limbaugh's Bankrupt at the top of your list."

The book mainly focuses on the George W. Bush years and the political events and controversies.
Limbaugh compiles together many interesting viewpoints and facts into this book. An abridged version of this book without the partisan banter would be an excellent read.

However, Limbaugh's scapegoating liberals for all our problems, makes this book difficult to stomach.
Limbaugh's goes on many rants against the media, liberals and the democratic party.

If you can handle David's brother Rush Limbaugh for 3 minutes, then you can probably find value in this book.

Yes, I’m biased, but instead of offering insight into the conservative worldview, this book read like a Wikipedia entry of “things liberals have said.” The entire 400+ pages are nothing but entries of various things liberals have said in various media interviews, op-eds, and speeches. Literally, “on (date), (person) said (something).” Don’t bother with this book.

I really enjoyed this book. Some of the info is dated but it is still relevant to the political environment now. Hard to tell who was most disliked by the left 43 or 45.

I absolutely loved this book. It explains and details many of the Left's lies. If anyone thinks that there is no such thing as a "Liberal Media" then they need to read this book. If anyone believes, "Bush lied, people died" then they need to read this book. If anyone believes Liberalism is good for the future of this country, then they need to read this book. David Limbaugh doesn't just dish out opinions, he backs them up with facts. I recommend this book to all of my friends and my entire family.
