If this book is anything to judge by, this first time author is off to a great start.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The story sucked me in and and it was easy to become invested in the characters. Hot tempered Evelina and cool, calm, and collected Giorgio are perfect counter points to each other. The Baron is easy to hate.
It becomes apparent that there is more to Evelina than meets the eye. Who is she really? Where does she come from? I can’t wait for the next book in the series to find out.

Gripping Start to the Eternium Series

I love a strong female protagonist in the books I read, and Lost Spark did not disappoint! The language is very rich and descriptive, the characters were well-developed, and it was easy to get lost in this book- I read all of it in a single sitting.

Evelina, the adopted daughter of a wealthy family, slowly realizes that her past holds more magic and mystery than anyone had ever guessed. I love her friendship with Giorgio, and he is just the calming influence that a spunky, fiery girl like Evelina needs.

I loved hating the Baron. He is such a disgusting character! I always love the villains being easy to hate, and I despised him from the beginning.

I can’t wait for the next installment!
