Dushan Sava was in trouble. Accused of stealing the identity of the victim of a horrific traffic accident, and then impersonating him as a college student, Dushan, an illegal immigrant, had to flee the country using the victim's passport. A year later, after having obtained his own passport and returned to the US, he accompanied a friend who would soon join the faculty at Rutgers University. Dushan's former roommate saw him on campus, and Dushan was arrested and put on trial. The outcome of the trial was anything but certain.
