Dormaine was born in Long Island, New York where she lived most of her life. As an adult she liked to travel out of the country though her favorite places to explore were her fantasy worlds as an author. She may be a nurse by profession but her heart has always belonged to writing. As a young child she spent many Saturdays in the library nurturing her love for books. There she discovered her fascination for the science fiction genre, through books, movies and graphic novels.

She now resides in Colorado with her husband and feisty dog. After many years of working in hospitals and travel nursing, she decided to pursue a career in writing. Her first novel The Keepers is in one of her favorite genres, young adult urban fantasy but the dark side, like paranormal is a close second. She's a Kindle Book award semi-finalist for The Time of Sanura from her Madame Lilly series. Presently, she is working on a paranormal mystery series of stand alone novels.

It's on!! They must prepare. Connor is the key or is it the blood. So many ways so many options. So much can go wrong. So many emotions no wait no emotions must tick them away. Surprise after surprise so much info. So many outcomes. Betrayal, jealousy, sacrifice, dig deep and make it happen. The saga continues and it's time for secrets to be revealed and this author does it by twist. This series keeps getting stronger and better and it aint over til that one is done. I love the characters and the development of them and the worlds they reside in. As things heat up Ronin will have to pull out all of the punches and hope his need for secrecy wins out. This author plays this game well and reveals each layers intricate web that brings us through. Great read I'm ready for the next book in the series.

I think this may have been the strongest book in the series. The action was nonstop and very well articulated. As a reader, I felt like I was right in the thick of things. I was a bit bothered by the fact that Ronin & Connor still didn't quite trust one another, since they had such a strong connection & could feel what the other felt, but it didn't ruin the book for me.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I honestly think this series is worth reading.

I have read the entire trilogy and am submitting this review for all three books. They were each equally as great. This is the best YA series since Hunger Games and would be a box office smash if done correctly. I would love to see it in the movies. The humor will have you laughing out loud. The action will have you racing through the pages and some of the characters will break your heart. Even if you don't typically read YA I think you will enjoy this series.

Hats off to the author!

This is the best YG series I have read in a long time. This whole series flowed great. I never would have thought that Willow was or is that deceitful. Ron lost a lot in this series. I loved how we got to hear from Ronin in this last book. I feel Ronin lost the most but gained a lot in the end. Hats off to the author for a great series!

Short and simple

This was the better of the trilogy. I feel as though it's not over; Willow's end has to be tied.
