Rate this book

Short and easy book that can be used to introduce students into the subject of post-war years, the Berlin Wall and the Cold War. There's plenty of maps and photographs to help reinforce the text, which is nice. I also appreciated the added timeline of events and glossary at the end. Only thing I would be at odds with on this book is the strong negative view it presents of communism but it may be nothing but a way of simplifying the facts for readers with little knowledge on the subject.

I read it in English. Tried a different book first. This one was clear and understandable.
