Author Nikki Walker has once again delivered a book that is hard to put down. The scenes that were woven together beautifully like a worn patch work quilt. It took little bit of each character to make the book special. Nikki created an atmosphere that had her readers longing to be in the scene with the characters. I always say that the hallmark of an excellent author is that they can take a hated character ( Lisa) and ultimately redeem her and then have you sending her best wishes. By the time the story was over I wanted Lisa to get her mind right. . Lisa worked hard to achieve everything she felt she needed to be ultimately o.k financially as well as emotionally. When she felt her safety net changing so to speak she panicked and she ran. …. .But that was only the beginning. How ironic was it that instead of running from something she was actually running to something major. Lisa’s poor husband Devin could not understand why his wife just up and left, but the ramifications of her leaving changes both of their lives permanently. Her husband came from a poverty stricken background like her, but internalized it in a different manner than she did…... Then add a nervous- nelly like Lana and a cool to the touch Eric to the mix…and you got ..Finding You..When Love called…

"Finding You When Loved Called" by Nikki Walker was a great story of four people ...Lana, Devon, Eric and Lisa finally finding real love. This was not a easy fit because in the story you will see how each person had to really want to have that special love and were even able to form a great relationship. This author did a good job in her descriptions and detail that presented the reader a well written smooth flowing story that kept you captivated until the very end. End the end love that was lost was found. This was a wonderful romantic love story that was thoroughly enjoyable.

This is a story of love lost and love found. Normally when a couple does not survive a relationship its easy to root for one of the two. Ms Walker was able to create multi-dimensional and complex characters and I found myself rooting for them as an individual and as a couple. The story started out with despair by truly ended as a happily ever after. This is the first time I read anything by Ms Walker and she nailed it. She was able to create two storylines from one. The story had a smooth flow and it was difficult to put down. Whereas another writer may have created two books she pulled it together into one. Definitely wont be my last book from her
