Excellent book for scrying beginners like me. The author was very thorough in describing a brief history of the practice, explanations of all aspects of scying (different tools, preparations, reflections ECT) she also had little exercises sprinkled throughout the text to help learn the practice on a more "physical" level (such as walking you though getting into a tracelike state or even casting circles if you're new to the craft) And even gave examples of seemingly all scrying mediums - right down to the shiny butt of a dog ornament (seriously! Read to the book to get the reference, honestly) The author delves most indepth with more traditional scrying tools like crystal balls, mirrors and pools of water, but also explains you can use anything reflective, as well and any other tool you can gleen imagines from like fire/candle flame, trees in the breeze and tea/coffee leaves. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to learn scrying.

Ben scritto, utile e informativo. Anche confortante in alcuni punti, come è giusto che sia altrimenti alcuni problemi sembrerebbero insormontabili per chi è alle prime armi.
Si tratta di una introduzione generale alla divinazione, però è bello il fatto che siano presenti anche alcuni esercizi pratici che possono dare il giusto suggerimento per un primo approccio.
Buona anche la bibliografia, sono citati dei testi che vanno sicuramente letti per approfondire.

In linea con le altre pubblicazioni Pagan Portals, rimango sempre soddisfatta!
