Red-tail is a murder mystery buried within a tale of lust and love, revenge and redemption. There's also Natalie's grandmother, Doe, who could never approve of an illegitimate child until that child is all she has left; or Doe's ex, Parnell, who saves Natalie's life. But the worst is Margaret who never forgives Emmy for taking Natalie back and seeks revenge in the most terrible way.
