Detailed description of types of trading
Author includes different types of trading. The three that he focuses on are market making-where traders trade in interest of both vendor and purchaser. Agency , however there is no real benefit to either party. Proprietary trading is the trade with biggest risk and also trade with potentially the highest payout. Basically all this type of trade requires is an educated guess. Trader then has to watch and pray.
Another bonus of this book is that the author addresses fundamental versus technical analysis. These two analyses determine worth of said stock.
Based on detail and content book receives 4 stars

Short and to the point
This is a concise beginners guide. The reader should not expect to be an expert on options trading after reading this book. However, this book go ed a really solid foundation on which to build. The basics are covered. The reader learns terms, workings, etc. This is all necessary to future success. I appreciated that the author had photos. That broke up the blocks of text.
