Really enjoyed this book. Shorter version of many key points of his life, career, and play time. Fast read for most. Read half the book in a few hours. Well worth the read and has directions to all key points. A lot are no longer standing, however the key places Elvis frequented are still around. Enjoy!

I took this book on a recent Elvis-related research visit to Memphis and found it very useful. There were some really unusual and interesting suggestions for places to visit as an Elvis fan. The book had been in print for a while when I read it, so a few places were no longer - apart from that it was very informative and insightful.

Some interesting bits about Elvis. Read this after visiting Memphis but wouldn't have done the trip any differently.
