Fantastic world building with a deep rich lore of organisational behaviours but was devoid of plot and relatable characters to drive the story forward. Content gets 5/5 “Egg shell business cards, with Roman lettering”📈

Read this for my MBA management requirement. Interesting material...most of it I have figured out over the last ten years, although I didn't know the technical names for them. It did fill in several gaps for me related to how I can deal with people-problems in a professional setting.

I read this text as part of a business degree curriculum at Liberty University. The text gave me insights and trade verbiage of the organization's parts that I had been part of or had experienced. It was a very good read, only minor textual errors.

While some of this is definitely no-brainer information, the content is backed up with real life scenarios and lots of theories. It's presented in a way that actually keeps you engaged without falling asleep. Be still my heart! It was a decent, albeit mandatory, read for me.

I didn't end up reading much of this book as the power point slides the professor had were more helpful for the type of tests that he had given.
