Great safe quick romantic love story😍😍😍

Although i get so annoyed when the hero always say to himself that he never chase anyone before, that he always get woman so easily. Like he is so cocky and arrogant 🤣 okay we get it you’re a big shot but damn do you have to think about it couple times in your head? Like shut up😂😆😆

‼️‼️‼️TRIGGER. Killing, violence, death and money laundering.

‼️‼️‼️NO CHEATING AND NO SEPARATION

‼️‼️‼️LOVE IN FIRST SIGHT

‼️‼️‼️NO DRAMA WITH OW AND OM. The drama is only about the heroine’s past and her family.

‼️‼️‼️NO VIRGINS.

‼️‼️‼️NO TALKING ABOUT PAST PARTNERS.

The hero did like in his head couple of times thinking about his teenage crush and how he is with woman in the past but never say it to the heroine though... Thats why sometimes i say shut up you cocky bstard! Hahahahaha

‼️‼️‼️THE HERO IS 32 but idk about the heroine

‼️‼️‼️VERY HOT SMUT SCENES....

‼️‼️‼️THE HERO IS OTT POSSESSIVE PROTECTIVE ALPHA MALE.

‼️‼️‼️THE HEROINE IS A SMART STRONG WOMAN...

‼️‼️‼️MANY JEALOUS SCENES FROM THE HERO AND VERY LITTLE FROM THE HEROINE... Even before they were even dating and only meet once, the hero got so jealous when he hear that the heroine is what every guy in the country club talks about because she’s very beautiful😛😛😛

‼️‼️‼️THE HERO WANTS THE HEROINE SOOOOO BADLY... More than she wants him... he is obsessed with her and always say that she’s wants he wants like all the time🥺🥺🥺 Wowww

‼️‼️‼️HAPPY ENDING. Engaged😍😍😍

‼️‼️‼️THE HERO NEVER PUSH THE HEROINE AWAY... THE HEROINE DID LIKE ONE TIME.

‼️‼️‼️The hero is loyal to the heroine even before they were dating and even before they kissed so wow thats romantic of him🥺🥺 and yes the heroine is loyal to him as well...

🌐🌐🌐➡️↘️⬇️➡️This is my own personal thoughts and opinion about the book so if thats not sit right with you or you feel I’m not being fair blablabla, please know that everybody in this world have their own different things that they like and don’t like. It may not be the same thing with you but thats okay because i am my own person and you cannot control me or tell me what to do. For example; i put ketchup (tomato sauce) on my fried chicken. You think that’s disgusting? For me its not and i’ve been eating it like that for many many years. You tell me to put another sauce and see if i like that better? I already did many many times in years but i still like the way i like it. It’s called differences between me and you and billions people in this world😊 be open minded😙 I respect people’s opinions about my opinions but in the end of the day if i say I don’t like it or i do like it, its up to me and its on me. And in the end of the day i always liked and show my respect to books and people’s opinions on books whenever that book is good or not good in my opinion 😊 Respect people’s opinions guys😙😙 I don’t want to write this down because its not really my thing to do it. To like address something like this when obviously i know the people who’s been reading my reviews many times and all the time, they are smart enough to understand and respect other people’s opinions no matter what their opinions on book or their point of view 😙😙 am i right? 💕 also there are people even though i already write “this book is different because i have my own taste of book” those people still comment my taste is this and that when HELLO… everybody have their own thoughts on books and what they want to read… why i read it then? I read it and give it a review because i have to read a book to give it a review… why not read the description book to understand before I’m going to read it? Hello just in case you haven’t notice, description books can be tricky because they write this amazing things about a book but turns out the story is so toxic. Maybe for me its toxic but not for you? YES HELLO THATS WHY US HUMAN BEING HAVE OUR DIFFERENCES, WHAT I LIKE IT DOESN’T MEAN YOU WILL LIKE IT AND EITHER WAY TOO. why i still write the review then if i just don’t like a book? Because I CAN and i want to, you cannot tell me what to do and not what to do🤪 if you still wants to be negative and be karens about my review on book after all of what i just write, i will never acknowledge you and simply ignore you because its not that hard🙏 YES MY GRAMMAR IS BAD SOMETIMES AND MAYBE ALL THE TIME BUT LUCKILY MANY PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M SAYING🤪 ⬅️↖️↕️⬅️↩️⤴️

If you are looking for a fun and fast read with lovable characters that will entertain you, then… this book is for you.

Between the amazing cover, blurb and the fact that it was a free Kindle book, it was a no brainer to gran this one and read it. It’s a quick (244 pages) enjoyable and uncomplicated read. I really liked this book and I believe it is a great introductory book into the genre full of likable characters and intriguing enough to keep my attention. A enthusiastic 3.75-star read.

I grabbed this one while it was free on Kindle, and I honestly enjoyed it enough to read more from the author.

Ok, so this wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. Billionaire playboy does instant 180 over Scarlett who he met on the plane and hadn’t even seen her face yet, lol! The only reason I kept going was to see how it ended and what they found out, but that was it. I feel this author gives you crumbs of characters but I want the whole damn cracker, dammit😂😣

Enjoyable with a good twist

At first I thought this book was going to be only a romance but it turned out to have a nice twist and bit of a thriller towards the end, which I loved.
My first book by Samantha Skye but by no means my last.
The characters were well written and I felt part of their story.
The plot twist at the end was super, well worth the read.

The first book in the Boston Billionaire series brings Scarlett and Shaun's story. The author does a fantastic job pulling you in with the steamy chemistry and had me glued to the pages with all the action ,mystery and danger. She moves the story fluidly with her detailed and descriptive writing and delivers a fantastic story.

Too insta, too obvious (who the killer was), and all was too easy. The story had no guts. It did not take any risks. It was all so scripted. I skimmed the middle and still when I restarted at 74% nothing progressed except we got to the heroine’s parents’ killers.

I love whirlwind romances but even I felt dizzy with this one. Intriguing characters and I'd have loved to have had 60-100 more pages to this story.

This is book one in The Boston Billionaire Series and it is Scarlett and Shaun's story and omg what a great start to a new series and a new author. Scarlett's life changed one year to when her parents and brother were murdered and it still hasn't been solved so Scarlett had to go into witness protection and also change her name to protect her and keep her safe but now she is moving to Boston to live with her uncle and his family so she can start a new life. Shaun's private plane has got problems so he needs to fly commercial as his brother is speaking at a business summit and Shaun who is CEO of Marshall and Co which is there family business didn't have time for relationship or commitment and enjoys the bachelor lifestyle but he was always busy and but he is always there to support his brother. Scarlett and Shaun first meet on the plane and then during business meeting and the connection and chemistry between them is instant and strong but Scarlett still needs to keep her distance because of her past but Shaun is determined to get to know Scarlett as he wants her like he has never wanted a women before. I was absolutely glued to this book and I couldn't put it down as it was so addictive and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. There are twists and turns along with danger, betrayal, loss, hope, love, family and some difficult situations and that is what makes this book a real page turner. Samantha Skye is a new author to me but the depth of her writing and story was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to read more of her books in the future.

I just don’t know what’s going on.
The story is so boring, no conversations, no connections.
Except for him being an absolute asshole.
And that is just in the first 100 pages.
Not going to finish it.

Well this was one exciting romance. It was fast paced and well written. It was filled with suspense, betrayal, danger but also strength, perseverance and love.

Shaun and Scarlett has ridiculous chemistry, and they compliment each other perfectly. Their attraction was plain to see and the author really nailed the steamy scenes

This is the second book I have read from this author, as I read the second book first. It was great to find out about Scarlett and Shaun and their love story.

This is a great read and I would definitely recommend reading it.
It is a fantastic debut novel.. I will definitely be reading more from this author

Coming Home by Samantha Skye is the First book in the Boston Billionaires Series. This is the story of Scarlett and Shaun. Scarlett had to go into the witness protection program after her family was murdered and the killer hasn't been caught. Shaun is a CEO who is very busy with his business and looking after his siblings so he doesn't do relationships. But when he meets Scarlett something about her draws her to him and he wants more of her. Enjoyed their story.

“A quick f***, she is not. A onetime thing, she certainly isn’t.”

“You don’t have to go. I don’t want you to go, but I know that you want to, so I am going to make it as safe as possible for you to do what you want to do.”

^ this is an example of how incredibly wordy and descriptive this book was.

It’s been like 2 days and y’all are in love? No thanks.

I’m upset because this has the potential to be actually quite good. I liked the storyline besides the super quick infatuation that was happening and “princess” protector vibe.

Didn’t finish. Right off, my first impression of Shaun is that he sounds obnoxious, pretentious, and like a spoiled entitled little brat. I think the author was trying to make him seem just rich and in charge, but whatever she was trying to do with him I instantly did not like him. The girl seemed okay. But the real deal breaker for me is the insta love. Or I guess not necessarily love but I don’t like when the two love interests meet and both monologue about how they instantly know something is different about the other person. You know, just that one look and somehow you can tell that this other person is special different from any other man/woman they’ve ever met. And I also don’t like when the love interests both monologue how extremely perfect looking the other is and goes on and on about each feature and how they are just somehow hotter and more perfect than every other person they’ve ever met. Not only is it unoriginal, it’s repetitive. Like let’s get Shaun’s monologue, then copy and paste it for hers but throw in the word he instead of she and they’re just saying the same thing. It’s boring.

Amazingly Awful

<1 star. Predictable plot, simple dialogue, and one dimensional characters left me snickering and snorting throughout. Hooey, what a mess of every bad romance cliches in one place.

Mixed Feelings

The story itself is a good one and I loved the characters of Scarlett and Shaun as well as well as some secondary characters. The romance was good, the suspense a little too easy to figure out, and the steam was ok.

There were issues with the writing that had me thinking some better editing would probably help the book achieve its potential. Several phrases and themes were repeated frequently and often awkwardly. For example, Shaun was a sought after bachelor in Boston. He mentions this a lot identifying himself as “the most eligible bachelor in Boston” and one who“had a different woman every week”. There is nothing wrong with either except when he kept pointing it out, it felt weird. What successful guy would say that about himself?

So, I did feel compelled to read the entire book to the end to find how it turned out so, it is worth reading for the possessive alpha factor.

Who doesn't love a romance that starts on a plane? Plus an Australian accent?

Scarlett's world has been turned upside down and she is finally on her way to something new. She meets Shaun, an attractive dominating billionaire on her plane ride to Boston. The connection is instant but the encounters are so fun! This book is fairly fast-paced (I binge-read it in 4 hours!). It was such a fun read and I was pleasantly surprised this was a debut book for Samantha! There was tension and the spice was the perfect amount for their story! My only complaint would be I wished it would've been a bit longer to draw out the plot some more. Overall I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next one!

This book didn’t hold my attention. The hero is a huge player but instalove for the girl he barely knows. At one point he says this is the “longest he’s gone without sex” and it’s been a few days as far as I know so that makes me feel gross considering he rarely sees the same girl twice.

When he goes on a date with her he’s like oh I’m finally with the girl of my dreams after chasing her so much… they’ve met like 4 times I don’t think he tried that hard! 😂

There also isn’t a lot of contractions used in the dialogue which makes it feel awkward to me.

As for the h, I don’t feel connected to her. For one second she’s wary that the H is a playboy but never ever voiced this to him and gives in right away. Her family has died but I never really felt her grief.

Two stars for some action, and at least the heroine is supposed to be smart/has a good job.

Meh. Another billionaire romance book, and an uninspiring one.

This book seemed to glorify a billionaire lifestyle while simultaneously misunderstanding the basics of wealth. Some of the comments made by the characters were so obnoxious that not even a respectable member of the upper middle class would go there, but I suppose it is hard for an author to describe opulence without demeaning it somewhat.

The romance was sweet and steamy with a bit of spice, but was simply not intellectually stimulating. Both main characters were cliché. The underlying intrigue was transparent and while it decried greed, it also had very little depth.

R for violence, sexual content, and language. Themes include murder for hire (of an entire family), embezzlement, kidnapping and ransom.

I was immediately taken with story from the beginning. Shaun and Scarlett notice each other on a flight from LA to Boston. They keep running into each other at business meetings and social gatherings. They have immediate chemistry and are drawn to each other. Her uncle is doing everything he can to keep them apart. She becomes aware of some mistakes in a deal being made with Shaun's company. There is plenty of drama, mystery and action to keep you flipping the pages to find out what comes next.
