A question we get asked quite a lot. The short answer is, it depends what you do. You can try all sorts of different biohacking supplements, tweaks, lifestyle practices. Some will work and some won’t. Try not to be too militant about it - it’s good to have some balance in life.

I particularly loved how the author listed the hacks that are the most popular or noteworthy, and I fully intend to try some of them. He also discussed the most influential biohackers in the world today, which was interesting. If you're like me and love health, or if you're just looking to learn more about this concept, this is a must read.

This book is essentially a recap of much of the biohacking / quantified self movement that's available for free all around the internet. The value is that the authors went through the trouble of separating the wheat from the chaff for you. The net gain is probably dozens of hours saved on doing your own research and browsing places where it is difficult to distinguish misinformation and quackery from the real thing.

Great book to read and learn more about yourself. It is worth every penny I spent on this book. Good writing overall!
