I struggle with presenting, especially with large crowds. I was hoping this book would help with that, and while it is a great book for beginning skills, it was not much help to someone who has been presenting for years. That being said, this would be an excellent resource for someone who is just entering the workforce or college and needs to work on their presentation skills. For others who have been presenting for awhile, this book reinforces skills and techniques we have heard and read previously, but might need a refresher for.

Adding this book to my presentation skills toolbox. I liked the emphasis on the importance of preparing and practicing for speaking events, something I need to do better. There are some valuable nuggets of information, while known by most who read business help guides, are reinforced in this book.

Thank you NetGalley and Kogan Page Ltd for the eARC.
