Packed full of a range of case studies of well known brands, to lesser known success stories, and emerging challengers.

It helps provide an initial framework for challenger food&drink brands. A blend of the tactical and strategic choices made by companies, as well as the birthing moments of the companies, the trials and tribulations they face and the lessons from those journeys.

Ultimately it's a framework and prpvides insights into the key questions companies ask themselves. And most of the time it's likely a relentless focus on the customer, than themselves!

It's not about the answers they come up with, but their approach and way of thinking which I found most useful.

Stay blessed,

Its a really good read especially for entrepreneurs in DTC, FMCG etc. Its got several stories of businesses, what worked, what didn't, how the business started and how its going.

Being a DTC business owner myself, I was able to relate to a few examples and even use some ideas in my business.

Its also simple and easy to read.
