The last two Bennett's female cousins fall in love!
Sabrina and her baby sister Monica find themselves the last of the four cousins sharing Kennedy's home gifted to her by her dad after college. Both Bree (short for Sabrina) and Monica are successful women. Bree followed in Rajean' s footsteps and became a heart specialist while Monica with a Journalism degree became a travel reporter with the local newspaper in their adopted hometown of St. Paul. Both met and fell in love with drop dead gorgeous men. Sabrina fell in love with Parker their new housemate and a neurologist at the hospital where she works. Parker has a unique connection to the Bennett's clan but I will let you learn how on your own. Monica on the other hand fell in love with Landon who is a partner in Peachtree Investigative Agency, on a cruise where she was working as well as enjoying herself. Remember the name of the agency Landon works with as you think back on some cases and learn of other famous families he is connected with! This is such a good book and I hope I have whetted your appetite for the full content so you can enjoy the storylines for yourselves!!!! This story is so well worth the wait and I am glad I finally got the opportunity to read it in full! Great job Mrs. Jackson, a really really great job.
I loved the way Monica and Landon kept meeting. Their chemistry and relationship progressed at a loving paste. Monica had to fight for their love in the end. Sebrina and Parker’s chemistry was sizzling from the moment they laid eyes on one another. They relationship was so sweet. Kudos to Brenda Jackson for writing about family dynamics and couples finding a love that will endure the test of time.
It’s been fifteen years and the Bennett’s girl are now grown women, each with their own goal in life. The women all lived together, and neither is looking for love. Kennedy father is Michael the cousin to the Bennett’s (not blood cousin) and Victoria is the daughter of Victor Jr & Fayrene. The first story is Kennedy and Haddison, they met under the strangest circumstance, and although six months had passed since that meeting, they each couldn’t get the other out of there head. Some may remember Haddison from Lee Madaris story while he was there to protect Carly. I have to say that story had some twist and turn, but you will not be disappointed.
Victoria Bennett & Cortez Masters, you all remember those Master well these are their cousin the triplets. Victoria and Cortez story are a second chance story. You Victoria has issue with men as far as commitment is concern, considering who her father and grandfather is. Victoria has seemed what her mother went through with her father and she was determine that she would protect her heart.
I enjoyed catching up with the Bennett’s and the Master family. You will not be disappointed.
Monica met Landon in a bar when he came to her rescue when her ex wouldn't get the hint and leave her alone. Then they met again on a single's cruise he was tricked into going on. She was writing an article about the cruise ship for the local paper she worked for. He came to her rescue again. Then they decided to give in to the sparks between them and began spending time together. At first it was to pretend they were together so no one else on the ship would bother them. Then things got really hot and heavy between them. Sebrina met Parker when he came to live in the house she shared with Monica. He was a friend of the family and working at the same hospital where she worked. Sparks flew the moment they laid eyes on each other. They tried to avoid it but soon realized they couldn't. I enjoyed this book a lot. Both sisters had really good love stories. They were both fighting falling in love and needed to realize that they were already too far gone. This series was wonderful.
I enjoyed this book very much the men were intriguing, the woman fit right in with them. The cruise was wonderful made me want to go on one now, Monica and Landon was so good for easy and he always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. Love makes you do silly things but in the end Love helps you work it out. Sebrina and Parker was a perfect match from the start she was fighting it more than he, both had other issues that were keeping them from taking that next step. But Love stepped in once again . It was good to read about other Bennett's and Master's, nice catch up. I recommend this book very much enjoy.
Excellent read, I enjoyed the characters and storyline. Two Bennett sisters find romance and love. Sebrina and Monica meet their soulmates at the same time. Sebrina’s meets her new housemate Parker and Monica reconnects with Landon on a cruise after a brief encounter 8 months ago. Both couples shared an attraction that couldn’t be denied.
Once again Ms. Jackson has drawn us into one of her many family sagas. Reporter Monica, and Dr. Sabrina Bennett are only concerned with their professional goals. Ms. Jackson gets them to the annual Bennett's family reunion with new goals. Another good story.
Once again another wonderful Brenda Jackson story I enjoyed the chemistry and love between these characters Loved the extended family connection Great read Looking forward to more wonderful stories
Brenda Jackson delivered. This was a great story about Sebrina and Monica Bennett. Parker and Landon definitely made this book sizzling hot. Monica and Sabrina didn't know what hit them.
Brenda Jackson does it again! I loved. how Monica and Sabrina found their life partners when they least expected and their chemistry with Landon & Parker was undeniable. Now all of the Bennett sisters/cousins are marrying. What a nice Christmas read!!!
I enjoyed reading Sebrina and Monica Bennett's story and the men they feel in love with. They both had their own different issues and views on love that almost destroyed their happiness.
The Bennett sister's are back it's Monica and Sabrina looking for love yet running form it. They found Parker and Landon a and didn't know what to do with them.
As usual Ms Jackson has done it again! This was a story of love and trust. Who knew cruise could be so much fun. These 2 ladies were determined to live their own lives and not be hurt by love. This is a perfect end to the Bennett ladies!
Nice story of romance of sisters driven and focused on their career goals. Finding romance in quite unusual settings. They are growing to know themselve by placing their priority and perspective in the right order.
The story was sensation and impressive about two sisters meeting their soulmate doing the Christmas holiday. I would recommend this book to my girl a romance at heart!!
There were too many characters and storylines for me. I didn't enjoy this one because the plot was predictable and didn't have enough of a climax or anticipation for the book to be a page turner.
Great story with believable characters. The story is told told in a manner that grabs hold of the imagination and transport you to another time and another place.
