He's supposed to be the one I trust, yet he brought them here. Here where I'm supposed to be safe ...
I thought I'd found home when I was taken to my father's estate, only to realize I never knew what real home was ... not until I met the Fae.
And then him .
Now, I have a choice to make.
Stay here and be driven insane by the bond that pushes me to mate with my men, or go back and find a way to sever it for good ... or die trying.
Problem is, I don't really have a choice ...
Not if my heart and the Fae have anything to say about it.
Pack Alpha is the third and final book in The White Wolf Trilogy. If you like upper YA/NA wolf shifters, fated mates/rejected mates, angst, and twists, then you’ll love this urban fantasy romance!
This series touches on some darker themes, so some scenes may not be suitable for all readers.
Blimey now this was a knockout way to end this series. Scarlett (FMC) became so much stronger and bad*** in this book. Which she needed to be with everything that happens to her. What with dark and light fae, mates, having to find herself in this new world and where she fits into it. It was a cracking read and i liked that twist near the end regarding Scarlett. My jaw dropped with that one. Loved It
The only part that is considered romance in this book is the last 2 chapters, otherwise it is fantasy YA and a convoluted plot, spoiler alert Arsenio isn’t Scarlett’s father, rather he was father to Aspen and Timber🙄
My biggest issue with the series is that I kept waiting for the romance and it just never showed up. I found this in the romance section so I’m a little upset that it didn’t have any, and it distracted me from actually enjoying the series, especially by the end of this book when I realized it had also shown up when I searched for reverse harem romance and definitely did not get that. BUT having said that, the writing was good and there was some decent world building. Just maybe re-categorize it under something other than romance.
I had to take a break from reading this book. Had to have my dog put down and I couldn’t bring myself to read anything dog-ish 😢. So with the exception of my trauma, this is a great book and a great ending to a wonderful series. Scarlett learns and grows so much throughout and it’s really great to see. Love the ending. Great series. Highly recommend.
This was by far my favorite of the series. It all came together nicely and I love how the F.L. Stepped into her role as a bad ass half-bread. Well slightly bad ass because I would have looooved to see some magical abilities manifest.
A very satisfying end to a twisty supernatural story that was much more about power, fate, and identity than romance and the reverse-harem theme that the series teased but never really followed through on. Nonetheless, a very cute end to the romance and who doesn’t love to see a big bad taken down 🤷🏻♀️ Plus, a very fun reveal of the wolfy prowess 😏
I really enjoyed this series, it was really nice to read a series that a story line just flowed through all the books in a smooth way.. I especially like how it was a love story without all the sex.. A series that I will be letting my 12 year old niece read..
This is a great HEA ending to the trilogy. Where there is enough left open for a sequel series all of the important things are left neatly tied up in bows gifted to the reader.
A bond made can be a bond broken if one knows how. Scarlett was forced into a bond. Circumstances proved her a way to brake the forced bond. All she needed was her wolf to get on bored and that required trust neither has in one another. What a pickle.
