This books nutrition was so off I don’t recommend!
This book had some recipes I was completely interested in until I started looking at the nutrition numbers. They were so off. There was a meal with chicken breast that they were saying was only 109 Calories… 1 cup of Chicken is 335 calories and the recipient was saying it and all the other ingredients was 106 Calories for 3 cups chicken…. Yeah don’t recommend.
