I'm so unhappy that this is as far as this series will go (and Gideon Caldwell is going on a long hiatus). My only hope is that his alter ego, Harmon Cooper, may use some of the excellent characters in other books in the future. My fingers, legs, and even my eyes are crossed for that possibility.

I loved watching the wrestling as a child with my grandad, and this series brought back some fabulous memories in terms of the beautifully choreographed action, the gallusness of the characters, and just how different their private lives are from their fiction. In this case they are super powered intergalactic bounty hunters. Brilliant fun!

I volunteered to read and review an ARC of this work, which I have honestly reviewed. All opinions are my own.

A fun read.

This series is really fun to me as I love the corny antics of the wrestlers as it brings back memories of watching wrestling with my grandfather. Overall I really enjoyed the book.

A little better than the first book, but not a page turner.

Volume two continues what the first book left off. A threat is revealed, and the alien wrestlers have to stop him. I still liked the wrestling matches and the bounty hunting scenes. Those plots are what I enjoyed the most. Without them, I wouldn't be reading the book. The setting is still the same, but the writing is simple and fast paced.

On the con side, I think the sequel lacked potential. It feels more like a slice-of-life although it has a main villian who threatens the organization. When he appears, the final battle doesn't last long with high stakes. On come! Why should I care if nothing happens?

As a harem, Seth's relationship with the girls felt more like an open relationship. The only girl I think worked well was Carmen. Vulp is still pointless and Seth almost made out with Barb. To me, Moonsault didn't have to be a harem. Seth and Carmen could just be a happy couple without the other girls.

I understand wrestling is more focused in this series, and maybe it should have been without the other plots. But overall, it is still an enjoyable read for wreslting and haremlit readers. If this series continue, I hope it will be more epic than a meh series.

Enjoyed a lot

An excellent ending and I would love to hear more from this series as the premise and characters were great
Would love to get to know even more of how the characters worked out and that this series takes off enough to get Gideon to bring more out.

Epic Conclusion!

What a journey we went on following Seth and the wrestlers! I love the progress and personal growth Seth made, and the friendships forged! So much awesome action too!
