About the author

Growing up in North West England and in Germany, Anna wrote plays about talking animals, and stories about naughty children, and drew on every available surface. After school, she did an Art Foundation course, then a degree in German Literature & Philosophy at Oxford University. This book is great for teaching weather to young children. It explains how rain happens in terms that are both interesting and understandable for children. It even talks about rainbows and lists the colors of the rainbow. It is educational, colorful, and a fun read so that's why I gave it five stars.

This is a cute, none fiction book, that quickly and easily explains what rain is, how it happens, and what other things do when it rains. Very beautiful illustrations to go along with the book. Close to the end it has a beautiful rainbow, and tells what the colors are in the rainbow!
