I love avocados and olives are 2 of my favorites so the first recipe I made was the Avocado and olives salad. It was delicious. Some of the recipes are pasta heavy, so I avoid those. I can't wait to try the others!
It seems to me that a Mediterranean diet would be one of the easiest diets to follow and stick with because of all the choices and it’s good for you. Great recipes in the book also

I really liked this book. There are tons of recipes that are easy to follow and good for making when you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Plus there are meal plans that take all the guesswork out of planning your menus for each week. She also explains all the benefits of the Mediterranean diet, as well as the benefits of each ingredient used, including spices! Highly recommend!
