SISTEMAS TAOISTAS PARA TRANSFORMAR EL ESTRES: EN VITALIDAD

Rate this book

This book guides the reader through few basic simple and effective Taoist practices for transforming negative energy into positive. One of the practices is the "inner smile" which involves focusing upon smiling.

Mantak Chia is a Taoist Master. He is best known for teaching his Taoist practices under the names of Healing Tao, Tao Yoga, Universal Healing Tao System and Chi Kung. Throughout decades of teaching, he has run numerous workshops, written a series of books, and published a number of training videos. For this reason, some people call him an author, a teacher or a healer. He views himself primarily as a teacher, "who helps his students empower themselves through cultivation of their chi energy." This book basically teaches you 2 techniques- the inner smile and the healing sound. Those techniques are essential if you want to practice any higher level practice in Mantak Chias system, and they also deliver many benefits of their own.

I personally think this book is actually better than the more popular "awakening healing energy through the tao" The main difference between those two books is that while this book doesn't attempt you to teach you the microcosmic orbit, healing energy omits the healing sounds. And In my opinion the healing sounds are more important for the beginner.

To claim that a follower cured herself of cancer by repeating the 'inner smile', is incredibly cruel and destructive. I could go on about the how and why, but I hope it's evident.
