Rodger shouldn’t have gone on the mission. They said he was too old, but he had funded the time machine, so he insisted. When he came back, everything has changed. His dead wife is now alive. The inventor of the time machine doesn’t know it exists. Another time machine is being built and having two machines will destroy the very fabric of time. It’s up to Rodger to stop the catastrophe. The only problem is, he doesn’t want to.
This was a good idea, A bit lacking in execution. The many back and forth trips were a bit confusing and the ending was way too sudden. Felt unfinished! Is there a sequel? But it was interesting and made you think!
This is a Very Simplistic Story, Written Like Its Author is a Child
This is a Time Travel novel, but it is really stupid and poorly pieced together. The Main Characters are not well suited for the experiences, the Time Travel ‘creator’ takes extraordinary liberties with the people sent back in time, and there are other repetitive, idiotic, confusing parts to the overall plot. A corrupt cop also keeps popping back and forth into the 1st half of the story, but he’s tolerated rather than eliminated. Go figure. All in all, I’d have to recommend Readers NOT pick up this book — you’ll be bored to death with the writing, and want to quickly ditch it before finishing.
As a lover of time travel stories I was disappointed with this one as it became boring. Story revolves around a rich businessman who hires a college professor with an assistant all thing to control a new process of time travel. Each antagonist tries to out smart the others to control this system over and over. Throw in a young female college student and a butler and the rich man's wife and you have your cast. From the get go there are typo and grammatical errors which become very annoying.
