I enjoyed this. It was for the most part a quite simple and cute read. I like both of the main characters but Zach the MMC was definitely my favourite as his character was a bit complex whilst I just found Sana a bit inconsistent with her inner feelings and actions. Sometimes I just want a simple read with not too much angst or heavy storylines and more often then not this author delivers that for me. So definitely a quite enjoyable read for me.

Very safe read, worthwhile paranormal romance with an OTT possessive hero and a cute and sweet heroine!

This is the story of Sana and Zach. Sana's family moved to a small and close knit town, where Sana first meets the bad boy and member of the Waatese clan, Zach. He is very seductive and animalistic, and immediately starts pursuing Sana. He manipulates and forces situations where he can cop feels and kiss Sana, and doesn't take "no" for an answer. Despite Sana being shy and a bit scared, she is intrigued and finds that she doesn't dislike it. But everything changes after she gives him her virginity, and several disasters strike. Sana leaves the town and vows to never see Zach again. But years later, she is drawn back to that town and is tricked into seeing Zach again. He is set on making Sana his for good this time, and the hunt is on.

This was a sweet story, with lots of delicious moments of Zach acting creepy but also very sexy. He was very possessive and jealous. Once he met Sana, he was completely dedicated to her and never strayed or cheated. Zach basically acted like a perverted stalker towards Sana, and their stolen moments of getting down and dirty were very exciting. Even after getting together, he still has OTT control issues and needs constant reassurance that Sana is his, but in a messed up way that's part of his charm. Sana was a nice sweetheart, and there was only ever Zach for her. Even when she was mad at him and decided to never see him again, she never looked at anyone else.

I like that this author writes about ethnicities and cultures usually not found in romance novels. In this one, the heroine is from an Indian family (the author is good at writing about the high expectations from Indian parents), and the hero is an indigenous native from a tribe.

I do think the story dragged out a bit, and there were some parts that were a bit slow. It probably could have been cut down from 435 pages. But for the most part there was drama and excitement thrown in periodically to keep it interesting. I wish that the author gave this story an epilogue with babies, instead of just having the story cut abruptly. This author also likes putting bonus epilogue chapters on a separate webpage, which I don't really understand. I think the novels would benefit from just having those chapters included. In this story's case, the bonus epilogue on the website was not as satisfying as the ones from some other stories (like "Releasing the Djinn"). It only brought more questions about this new witch, and what the hero's relationship with her was (although I do believe it probably was not romantic).

Safety:
* Heroine is a virgin, never did anything with anyone else and never was in relationship.
* Hero is experienced, mentions that he fooled around when he lived in LA. After moving to the town and meeting heroine, he is dedicated to heroine.
* No OW: there is a big misunderstanding with heroine about the hero and OW, who came to pursue him for marriage. Hero rejected her, but heroine just saw them as flirting. There's some jealousy of the new witch the hero pledged his loyalty to in the bonus epilogue, but the hero says it's not romantic and the witch was the one that told him to be understanding about heroine leaving him and gave him encouragement to keep pursuing heroine.
* No OM: there are moments where the heroine talks to OM who are one sidedly flirting with her, but the hero is a stalker and immediately puts a stop to it. There's an attempted rape scene, but the attackers don't manage to do anything to the heroine.
* Only first time has use of condoms, rest of times are no condoms or birth control, with breeding kink
* Has a scene where hero is in werewolf form when having sex with heroine, not non con.
* HEA, no epilogue far into future, leaves off on cliff hanger if heroine is pregnant.

Ah yes, this is what i expected from one of my favourite beloved author Katerina Winters in her latest paranormal romance "The Boy With The Sharp Teeth" about the second-chance romance between the goody two-shoes heroine Sana Bhatt and her ,smoky sexy pursuer Zachariah Waatese (and werewolf). I mean this man hunted her down in the past and current, and even halfway through i had to shout for Sana to go back to this sexy as heck hero when he so obviously loves her insanely.

Gosh these two are so hot for each other, YUMMMM!

I’m really not a paranormal reader, but the H of this story intrigued me. This was overall well-written and not corny or cliched at all.

The boy with the sharp teeth.

I want to first say as I’ve said in many Katrina Winters reviews……she is an AMAZING author!

This books is my all time favorite. I still love Roman from His Smile (If you haven’t read that one, please do) but Zach was the shit.

What did I love about Zach? He wasn’t scared to be vulnerable and express his feelings. He loved Sana and it was obvious from the first couple chapters. Everything he did was with her in mind and he showed it. He did all that and still kept his bad boy persona intact. He did strong arm Sana sometimes with her decisions but you never felt like he ran over her.

What did I love about Sana? Sana was very sweet and friendly no matter what. She was a breath of fresh air as a heroine. I like that she made Zach work for her without taking advantage of his love. Sana handled his secrets very well and it was obvious the love was mutual. Again she let Zach bulldoze her into decisions, but it was things she wanted anyway. It also never felt controlling. The secondary character were awesome as well. There were a couple twist I wasn’t expecting but I loved them. It’s nice to be caught off guard in a good way when readying.

This is definitely a reread!!

The trigger warning at the beginning of this book means exactly what you think it means. Katerina Winters has done it. She took a rather neglected aspect of werewolf lore (the legend of the Wolfman) and made it scorchingly hot.
The title of this book makes it sound like Young Adult fiction, but it could not be more X-rated.
The author balanced the tension between past and present with masterful skill. The flashbacks feel organic. They heighten the tension without teasing the reader. That’s very difficult to accomplish, so kudos to her.
I didn’t think the heroine was very memorable. She is so focused on pleasing everyone around her that it’s like she doesn’t have her own will or motivations-- she’s always pulled around by others.
The hero was a great monster boyfriend. Very domineering and sneaky with an “I-know-what’s-best” attitude. He was basically exactly what I expected and wanted from this series. Katerina Winters did a great job of fulfilling this whole fantasy for the reader.
**I received a free ARC in exchange for an honest review**
There is some beautiful artwork inside of the book. A lovely addition.
I hope this series continues. I’m really enjoying it.

I love Katerina Winters for her j/p H's, her mafia series being my favorite, so I was really interested to see how her PNR's compared. Let me just say - if you came for the overbearing H and the shy/timid h you came to the right place! Zach is everything you'd expect from a wolf shifter but with a touch more vulnerability than most other shifter H's. He knows he can lose Sana again because of his secret and truthfully he's pretty terrified of this possibility and that was... refreshing. This is a second chance story and while I enjoyed seeing where their story started there was a lot in the past. We don't even get the reason for their separation until past the 50% and when it was revealed it was anticlimactic. That was it? BUT they both own up to how dumb and childish they were and that they basically tortured themselves through years of separation for nothing. There were a few twists that kept things outside of the relationship interesting. And that last sex scene... *Clears throat* ...so worth it.

Another wonderful book from Katerina. I have read almost all of her books and I feel that her paranormal/monster books are the best.

I loved Zach and Sana. Being an Indian myself, I could relate with Sana. Her culture, the relationship she had with her parents, her way of speaking, thinking is very very relatable.

Zach...oh Zach..Where do I begin with him. He is such an alpha. He was relentless in his love for Sana. You could feel that he loved her and would do anything to get her. He brought the adventurous side of Sana out while still taking care of her. He was so protective and possessive of her.

I have always enjoyed Katerina's books for how much it focuses on the relationship between the main characters which she does in this book as well. However, I think she changed her style of writing. I felt her writing was a bit more fuller and her characters more richer, especially Zach. Usually Katerina's style is very efficient. She gets straight to the point. Her books usually end immediately after say a proposal of marriage or a declaration of love which wasnt the case this time. It made me more happy.

Overall an amazing book. Loved it, will reread it and would totally recommend it.

Spoiler alert!
What can I say? When I was given the opportunity to get an ARC of this book I jumped on it. I have always loved all of Katerina's books and this one was no different.
This story was a little different from her others though. Not as dark as I was expecting. The flashbacks to the characters childhood, and the fact that she was completely in the dark about him being a werewolf, made it interesting. It was a mix of slow-burn and superintensity at the same time. I got a little bit impatient nearing the middle of the story because I wanted them to get together already, but it was worth the wait. I lived for the scenes of her and the wolf, absolutely adorable.

Story starts out with Sana coming back into a small town after her grandmother passed away. She encounters Zach from her past. The story skips back and forth from the past in their teenage years and to the present. It was an interesting take on Zach who is native American and Zana who is of Indian descent, I loved how possessive and alpha Zach was over Zana, he wouldn't take no for an answer and pretty much bully her into being with him. There was no one else he wanted - very focused on the h. Always love Katerina's writing of the alpha male characters she makes them a bit unhinged and stalkerish. The whole story had a campy feel, I don't prefer the flashback and rather to stay with the present story, it was a bit long and I felt that the h didn't really break out of her character, always the dutiful daughter never really stood up for herself and doormat. The writing and description is great but too much inner monologue. The second half is when the heat really started, but would have liked more, I understand it is because of the flashback between the teens and current but maybe needed more story in the future. There is no epilogue for this author's stories, so that left me devastated. Hoping she writes epilogues in her future books.

lowkey i looveeeeeeddddd ittt.. granted i have to admit winters' books are wayy longer than they should be, but that might just be my zero attention span speaking cause they don't FEEL long; my heart just does a little disappointed sigh when i see the pages go over 800. she addresses all the issues and ties all open ends so, that's good. i think winters is more my new kristen ashley, esp without all the racism. but yeah this book was def very cute, i love how OBSESSED her characters are, this is how i want my man to be for sureee. and i like that there wasnt any instant body betrayal from the female main on the get go, they were together years ago but she still took her time warming up to him THANK GOD. her works are fairly normal burn, which is far and few these days among all the insta lusts. but yup!! cute!! i wouldnt say its REMARKABLE, but i did enjoy my time reading it.

its the one where hes a werewolf and she woild come to his town during summers n they fell in love but she sees him w some other girl and thinks he betrayed her and nearly gets assaulted by some randoms while trying to escape her pain and yeah

I’ve been a fan of this author for a minute or two now, and have eagerly read her stories knowing I’ll be getting a great story, some Alphaness and spicey times. And I was not disappointed with Boy With the Sharp Teeth. Alpha, shifters, author warnings, these are my jam. And this one had all that and also felt overall lighter.

In general 2nd chance romances aren’t my go to, as I feel sometimes too much of the meat of these are flashbacks and prologues but this one worked for me. I think it was because there’s enough *book* here that it felt more balanced, allowing for a good amount of story in the present, world building and character development. I adored Zach -see above. And Sana was just perfect. She was relatable to me. And a well written slow burn romance, which this one so was, is very rewarding.

I’ve not read a Katerina Winters book I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed, and reread. And I know already this one is absolutely on my repeat list.

This is not your typical werewolf romance. The plot pivots back and forth between the past and present seamlessly as it tells the story of shy Sana as she returns to her grandmother's house in her childhood hometown to settle down and the broody Zachariah, her childhood tormentor turned landlord. Determined to be the only lover in her life when she was a teenager, Zach relentlessly pursued her until she moved away with her parents. Now, as an adult, he pretends not to recognize her but her heart still recognizes him at every level. As they spend time together, they both remember what drew them together in their youth, but time has only made their connection stronger and brought even more heat. Zach will need all of his strength to protect her from evil criminals who would love nothing more than to see them both dead.
This book is a paranormal romantic suspense novel that definitely delivers all of the fantasy and heat that readers can handle. A really great read for those who love the genre.

I enjoyed this shifter romance. I’m not much of a fan for “second-chance” books, so I don’t really like flashbacks when the conclusion is almost always some mis-understanding or mis-communication. However, I didn’t mind it too much here since it wasn’t for the entire book. It was a pretty predictable storyline, so don’t expect any crazy plot twists. I did think the “mis-understanding” was kind of shallow, but I also knew what I was getting into before starting the book.
Overall, an enjoyable read, that fulfilled my craving for a dark shifter romance. As a warning, this is a somewhat dark romance. The male lead is dominant and arrogant, while the female lead is submissive and lacking confidence. This is common in many of Katerina Winter’s books, so please be aware before reading.

Katerina Winters is a true storyteller, her books create a new space for you to observe and fall in love with. Even though there are supernatural elements/characters in this book the world, the characters, the story itself is immersive and ‘real’. Zachariah and Sana have a bond that wouldn’t break no matter the stress or heartache. A slow burn that is passionate and emotional, has some anger, threat and terror, and just for good measure throw in a bit of a twist. I couldn’t put it down.

The Werewolf's Love . . .

Zachariah Waatese had always loved Sana Bhatt. Now he watched her walk into town as if she would ignore him. But not now. This was his chance to claim her as his. Sana tried to ignore all of the memories that came flooding back. The boy she left was now a man, and she felt his eyes on her.

With Sana’s grandmother’s death, she was moving into the house. Her career was already set and she had a project to work on. Will she be ready when Zach comes to claim her and make her his? This is their love story, so don’t miss this one!

Weak and insecure fmc

The male main character was so manipulative and aggressive. The female main character was one of the worst i’ve seen in such a long time. She is so weak, naive, and insecure. Thinks everyone is out to get her when they are not overly friendly. She keeps saying no but keeps hanging out with the guy and wanting him so bad. If he for a moment doesn’t look at her she believes he was playing her all along. I can’t stand her. Even in the present she doesn’t seem to grow and become mature.

I really love this author Ms. Winters never disappoints I loved how she slowly build the characters and the storyline. With every slow build of the story makes me fall for the characters more and more. That I become hooked on the book that I can’t put it down and that I am sad when it is over. Ms. Winters what am going to do with my life?

I enjoyed this story, especially the last 1/4 of chapters. I felt the beginning was slow. Seemed written for YA during The first 3/4 of the book. The last 1/4 of the book was nice and spicy and the plot started to move along.

Actually loved this, the culture included from both mcs made it even better.

Zach and Sana were so fucking cute I couldn’t get enough.

The scene towards the end.. something ~awoke~ within me.

The bonus epilogue was a little lackluster.
