I’m so glad to have finished this book. It took me a while to read. It is reading a journal with beautiful descriptions of places in Arkansas that I love and have explored to a small degree. While this book was taking place, I had my first baby in April ‘99. I can’t believe it’s been 27 yrs. I would be more encouraged to go out exploring if I hadn’t grown old during this time.
