Platform Zero

Rate this book
In this, the latest collection of short stories from the author Christopher Holt (remember Tales of 'The Open Door'), he weaves his stories around platform 13, or as it's better known - Platform Zero ! The railway station is a secular cathedral. Soaring arches support a high nave of glass geometrics and mandalas allowing light from the London sky to fall on the mezzanine with its broad plaza of cafés and bars. Milling passengers on the concourse swarm to the ticket barriers for each of the twelve platforms. There are actually thirteen but deferring to superstition, one neglected siding is called “Platform Zero”.
