Well, although this book is an assumption, it actually worked a lot for me, though the technique is simple, this book worked wonders, it is an introduction to the subject, but if you do persevere, and continue to do your thing you can achieve wonders. So yes, this book is very objective, the techniques proposed do work, but you should try to go further and push yourself to your limits, I must say that it worked for the things I wanted, also you must be aware that it depends on your capacities and desire. It is well worth reading, at least to understand what it can do.

beberapa lathan yg diberikan memberi indikasi kemiripan self hypnosis untuk mencapai keadaan bawah sadar -gelombang alpha- dng keadaan meditasi, relaksasi bahkan trance dalam sejumlah ritual agama.
penulis juga menyebutkan kedekatan tradisi yg tertulis di talmud ttg keadaan kavanah yg merupakan metode konsentrasi, relaksasi untuk tujuan baik.
buku ini terdiri atas 10 bab, namun ada sejumlah bab yg sebenarnya identik. pemisahan bab lebih ke tujuan praktis penggunaan self hypnosis untuk tujuan tertentu.
