Pretty great overview and love the examples and the description of NVC on these. However I'd recommend this book only to people already in touch with the framework as it would be a very short book to get in touch with the topic and I think giving the pretty info loaded pages you wouldn't get everything in the first run. However, great as a fresh-up or as a first-step-into NVC!
