i like a straightforward book to the solution to improve myself on public speaking. and this book & my lecturer were on that point to me. so i gained a lot from this book and from that course ( however if u ask me what i gained, i think i can't tell ya anything :D ).

in order to make a good speech in front of a crowd, it depends on a lot of circumstances on what-where-when-why you are in. and this book did quite good on explaining some casestudies and insights that the audiences might want to listen to you.

i'd love to read that book again but in another edition. my lecturer's copy's cover of the book was looking much better than this one so i rated another star.
