Recommended by my accupuncturist, this is a well thought out and well laid out guide to Reflexology. For me, I would likely benefit more having someone show me the techniques than reading about them. Also, the one missing element for me is the scientific explanation of why practioners feel this practice works.

I read 50 pages and my eyes were crossed most of the time. It was a bit too complex for me. I wouldn't mind having someone use reflexology on me, but I think it may be too much for me to be able to learn it.
