This book is super fun and easy to read, unlike some other books about networking. Chris Tuff’s advice is practical and he provide concrete steps for those of us who sometimes have a difficult time forming meaningful connections. I now understand why I’ve always hated those formal networking events - they aren’t conducive to meaningful connection! I will now focus on finding a real middle ground and saving my asks (but not saving them forever!).
Chris Tuff updates networking for 2022, and the post-pandemic era, with this engaging, brisk book. There are a few new angles here, and generally a very modern, realistic approach to networking in a digitally overwhelmed age. Overall, we're still in Keith Ferrazzi's world, but usefully updated for the Instagram era. Which the author does recommend, by the way.
I loved this book. Accurately depicts the cultural shifts that have taken place in networking and sales. Also, personally I have a lot of tips I’m taking away to help better connect with people

This is a practical playbook with great real life perspectives that the author uses to educate the reader on their core competencies (currencies), and how to use them to really connect with others and build their brand. The best part is Chris is a natural and brilliant super connector that speaks from personal experiences. He magnificently guides the reader on the proper path to truly build a personal brand of success and happiness or whatever personal and professional goals they may have.
