This is the one.
Sure, you can get more up to date info from Hornady or Lyman, but if there's one reloading manual that you'll refer to beyond the basic load recipes, it's Speer.
The coverage is perhaps as broad as McPherson's Metallic Cartridge Handloading: Pursuit of the Perfect Cartridge, though more concise (and therefore with some not-unwarranted loss of detail).
