This book was different from what I've been reading. Sierra met Parker the chemistry was strong, but they didn't really book up until her father was kidnapped. She decided to follow the van they had put him in and when they were transiting him, she stepped up and offered to go in his place. She discovered that her life has been a lie. Working with Parker she works on becoming an agent herself.
Oh this book was such a surprise, I really enjoyed it..Parker can be a bit intimidating, but he is a genuine good guy, Sierra, can at times come across as a bratty child..but she is young and now she has Parker and a new direction, I can't wait to read the next book in this series..
...is definitely the right title for this series. I loved the interaction with Parker & Sierra and how their relationship develops. Looking forward to reading book 2 and I hope the series continues.
Naive "heroine" and hero have an interesting first chapter or two but once we get to the "plot" it becomes very trope-y and unbelievable at the same time
