This is a useful, go-to-it resource for doing readings for yourself and others. From the various possible interpretations on an easy-to-find reference page, a tarrot reader can find one that resonants with the current reading. I've been using it for years. I can't find another as easy to use as this one.
This book lays a great foundation for the understanding of Tarot, however it is now extremely dated. This was one of the first tarot books I purchased in the 1990’s. The perspective is tarot through the lens of Christian mysticism with a little new age type stuff. A few of Connolly’s perspectives vary from others, but that’s nothing new when it comes to the tarot. There is a lot of very good information and this book does read like a course. Personally I could have done without all the new age style prayers.
Borrowed from a friend and found things that I liked and things that I didn’t like. However it’s always interesting to explore different ideas and views on a theme or subject.
