In this book, we are going back to the basics in areas that I feel often times get underestimated, over looked, or over complicated. We as leaders sometimes do or say things that are wrong but when it doesn’t get corrected, we tend to do it over and over again and then begin believing that it is right. Or we have a problem that is so simple to solve because God has given us the answer yet we begin to over think it and end up with the wrong result. That is why the book is called Back to Basics because we’re going back to the foundation of the problem so that you see that the answer was right in front of the entire time… and that it doesn’t require a whole lot of thinking, rather a whole lot of faith.
