Rate this book
I have struggled with so many obstacles in my life from bullying, depression, chronic anxiety, body dysmorphia, hair loss, and sexuality, leading me to accept there was no point in me living one day longer and so I tried to end my life. I thought that suicide was the one thing I could probably be successful at and even this failed. Yet from that moment on my life turned around.

Today, I am not cured, but I have learned to accept myself the way I am. I have learned to manage the personal difficulties that may crush others. I didn’t give up, I kept on trying and I learnt to believe in myself. I also learned the value of friendship and loyalty along with the importance TALKING Openly and not being afraid to express your feelings and emotions.

Mental Health and Body Dysmorphia is very much an increasing issue within men and an issue that will keep on rising as we continue to live in a world of Social Media and Selfies to gain "Likes" and "Approvals" from strangers. I decided to share my 100% TRUE STORY to provide hope and inspiration to those that maybe suffering in silence and to help you accept yourself and live the best life you can.
