I couldn’t finish Tempted Beyond Reason. There was no character development or plot. Tempted Beyond Relief was much better. We got to know Wylie and Rhea through their actions so it was easy to pull for them to work through their issues.

**Review only pertains to Tempted Beyond Reason** This was overall a cute story, albeit a quick one for me. It read like a novella, but there was just enough backstory to make me care about the characters and how they reached their HEA. The FMC is almost completely blind, and the MMC has been hired to be her bodyguard since her family status leaves her open to danger. Honestly, throughout the story I kept waiting for some of that potential danger to arrive, but the drama came from a different source than expected, which was slightly disappointing but not enough to make me dislike the book. There was 🌶, a ton of which read more like foreplay but I wasn't too mad about that either, as the payoff was worth it!
