Another very long title is another turn-off by this author.

The first chapter is an Introduction and lays out the book's goals.

The narrator was different from the last book, and it truly made a difference.

That I could listen to this audiobook while I worked on coding (I know multitasking is bad) lets you know how easy it is to comprehend while doing other things.

Chapter breakdown follows as: 1. Beginning Credits. 2. Introduction 3. The Core of Self-Discipline: Willpower 4. How Stress Can Effect Your Willpower 5. Planning: How to See Things Through to the End 6. Energy Management 7. Mindfulness and Meditation 8. Getting Your Priorities Straight 9. Conclusion 10. End Credits

This was an upgrade from the last audiobook by this author. Well thought out, and I did learn a few new things.

Short and to the point.

Excellent narrator.

Four stars.

This author has written over 100 books, on topics such as meditation, real estate, stocks, yoga, passive income, and alpha male psychology. No doubt he lacks expertise in any of those topics and is churning out garbage self-help books in order to make a quick buck. So yeah, maybe he does have expertise in one thing.
Nobody should be publishing or reading this kind of meaningless, empty crap, masquerading as self-help. There is no useful information, no insights whatsoever, and definitely no science.

just saw this audiobook on scribd and wondered why not? -- listened to it while doing laundry + other chores... i mean i guess? it's pretty mediocre and whatever... just some mindless self-help type thing

Nice book on self-discipline. Very informative and doable as an individual as well as organization. The small things matter a lot in conquering discipline.

This was great information but nothing I have not heard before. It is a great, quick, refresher none the less.

2.5. What on Earth did I just listen to :’) part very basic (keyword: basic) guide, part pep talk. I was recommended this via the audiobook website I use and I saw it was so short that I thought “ok fine why not” and played it while I edited some photos. Nothing profound or new, but I suppose it might be a good introduction for.. idk, children? I feel like a younger audience, or someone new to self awareness at all, might be a better demographic for this
