What the author has done so well here is distill a bunch of other ideas down to there most important parts, she read 100 books so that you only need to read one. Add that to her own wisdom and stories and you have a book that really has the potential to impact the way you think. My Readwise is full of highlights from this.

A fantastically practical and well researched book which offered me many insights and implementable ideas to better balance my body and mind. An excellent read for 2022 as we emerge and find ways to reconnect and recover from the Covid years. Well done Helen!

The composition appealed to me as it is written in Executive Summary style - the process, the benefits and the WHY all contained in smaller bite sized chunks. Real daily achievable goals of how to thrive in this often chaotic world of today.

The book is short and easy to read. The author showed us useful ideas that she learned from reading other books and made it practical with her own experiences.
