A well-written, short and entertaining book aimed at anyone just starting out in Dressage. Although I don't think of myself as a beginner, I found it a great overview and a couple of concepts were so well explained that they suddenly made a lot more sense in my little head! There are lots of great little drawings to help as well. In fact the only thing I could pick up that made me smile, was adding bucking as a lesser evil than not being on the bit!

A quote near the end I really liked too "Work hard and constructively, and remember that the amateur practises until he can do it right - the professional practises until he cannot do it wrong."
