Super sweet second chance!
Story: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5)
Trope: secret baby/second chance
Angst: 😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This was really a super sweet second chance novel. Well written with a cute storyline and hot smexy times. The characters were both likable and I enjoyed the low key, lower angst vibe from the book. Once they were in, they were all in for their second chance with just some external forces to overcome. The Until world always has the sugary reads and I love Sade Rena, so there was no doubt I'd enjoy it - she did not disappoint.

He wants that second chance, and when he finds out about their kid? Yeah he's definitely planning on sticking around for both of them. Will Latoya give him a chance to redeem himself? How will his kid react?
I love it when second chance love stories are about people who actually deserve their second chance, and Latoya and Jasper so definitely deserve a second chance at love with each other! Theirs is a sweet and steamy chance at forgiveness and love.

3.8⭐️ I enjoyed this book, and I genuinely liked LaToya and Jasper. They are lovable and sexy. Their seven year old son, JJ, is the most delightful character of all—he is intelligent, and he is an amazing little boy. The host of secondary characters really rounds out the story and gives it some much needed depth. The story seems more fantasy than real life: I DON’T CARE! Sometimes, I just need to root for a couple that deserves an HEA despite being separated from each other. Sometimes, I just need a big dose of fantasy coupled with a little realism thrown in.
Despite these laudatory observations about the book, there are troublesome areas. For example, some questions were left unanswered: how did the doctor/hospital know how to contact Jasper? Also, how did Jasper know LaToya hadn’t moved to another town? When and how did the villains learn so much about Jasper and his business? Further, didn’t ANYONE, aside from the villains, notice that Jasper was wearing a darn Rolex?
That said, little kernels of information often serve the purpose of really elevating a story. However, if these crucial tidbits are left out of a story, it suggests a lack of attention to minor, yet relevant details that readers remember. Hanging threads or unanswered questions germane to the storyline, ultimately, will not bode well.
All in all, this is an entertaining read. There are a few punctuation and editing errors that I scarcely noticed—I said SCARCELY. Finally, I cannot give the book a higher rating because those pesky questions left unanswered make the book feel somewhat incomplete.

Until Forever brings us readers Jasper and Latoya’s story, high school sweethearts with plans of being together forever, however on the night of Latoya’s Graduation, and thanks to some hateful words from his father, Jasper decides it would be best if he left. Would he ruin her life like his father says? Loving her too much and unwilling to risk the chances of that happening, Jasper hightails out of town, alone.
Years later Jasper returns as his father’s in the hospital sick, and just as much of a bully as he was before, however Jasper’s not that same little boy who cowered under his whim, he’s more than capable of standing for himself, in fact over the years he’s done incredibly well for himself and now he’s back he’s got the opportunity to make things right with the woman whose heart he’d left broken and bruised. Surprised to see Jasper again after all those years with no contact, Latoya’s got a few choice words for him, she’s also got someone who she needs to introduce to him, in doing so Jasper realises just how much he screwed up by walking away, now he needs the chance to prove how much he wants to stay and make those dreams they’d planned finally become the reality they both deserve. Friends may approve of their reunion, Latoya’s parents not so much, they were left helping to deal with the situation he’d left behind, but just when they start to come around, danger lurks, with others out to ruin it for the newly formed family. I was pleasantly surprised with this brilliantly written addition to Aurora Rose Reynolds, Happily Ever After World. Sade Rena is a new author to me, with this being the first, but not my last book by her. A touching story of love lost and found again with great characters, plenty of steam and some action to keep you on the edge of your seat, don't miss out.

This is one of those reads where you just grin like a fool for like 95% of the book. I really enjoyed this contemporary but steamy read. What I liked most was the pace. You get to the stuff you want to know right away and then it slows down a bit to make the relationship building. Jasper was book boyfriend gold with his dirty talking self. I loved how he handled everything, even the thing he felt like he handled wrong. Latoya has a few moments where you’re like “girl if you don’t…,” but otherwise I liked her. This was a easy, sweat, steamy read and my favorite book that I’ve read of Sade’s thus far.

Sade Rena is a brand new to me author and y'all what a good romance in Aurora's Happily Ever Alpha World. Until Forever gives us Latoya and Jasper's story and what a journey this was. Sweet, swoony, a second chance and who doesn't love the good ol' boom?! I sure do!
I'll be looking more into author because y'all, this book was really good.

Until Forever is yet another great addition to the Happily Ever Alpha World. I enjoyed Until Forever because it has some of my favorite tropes, second chance romance, secret baby, suspenseful, so I found it to be very enjoyable. I enjoyed it so much I finished it probably two hours.
When Jasper left town and his high school sweet heart, Latoya, with only a note saying goodbye he did it because he let his alcoholic father get into his head that he was worthless and not good enough for her. Believing that to be true he couldn't bring himself to say goodbye in person because he knew she'd try and stop him and he'd stay because he loved her. It's been 8 years and Jasper has never gotten over her... As much as Jasper would love to stay out of his hometown he's forced to come back because his father was diagnosed with liver failure. Jasper thought he might run into Latoya but he never expected to run into her on his first day back in town at the hospital where she works, and he certainly wasn't expecting the secret she'd kept from him for 8 years...
When Jasper left town, and her, after her high school graduation Latoya didn't know how to feel. As much as she loved him she was also deeply hurt that said goodbye in a note. But it's been 8 years so seeing Jasper again doesn't hurt as much as she thought but she didn't expect to still have feelings for him. But before she allows Jasper back into her life she has to tell him her big secret... when he left all those years ago she was pregnant with his son, Jasper Jr, she just doesn't know how to tell him or if she can trust him not to leave again...

I’ve only recently started reading Sade Rena’s book and let me just start by saying how musk I am genuinely loving them so much . Until Forever is the story of Jasper and Latoya . It’s heartfelt and sweet and sexy , it will pull you right in and pull at all your heartstrings so completely. Jasper and Latoya were high school sweethearts , two people who who were so completely in love and and were panning to be together forever. But on the night of Latoya’s Graduation all that changes . Due to certain circumstances of which I’m not going to share because I absolutely don’t want to give anything away , Jasper makes the decision to leave leaving her heartbroken.Fast forward years later and Jasper has returned home , only his not the same boy he used to be , her stronger and no longer afraid to stand up for what he wants , nor does he allow his father to control him any longer . He is more determined then ever to win back the girl he loves .Japers in for a big surprise though because although left heartbroken Latoya is not the same girl he once knew , she is stronger and man does she have some things to say to Japer when they once again come face to face . Not to mention a big surprise for him . This seriously was one of the most beautifully written and heartfelt love stories . What a emotional rollercoaster

Jasper Vanek, hero, owner and CEO of a small flourishing Cyber Security Firm and high school dropout who felt town because he felt he'd be an albatross around the heroine's neck and hinder her from attaining her goals.
The storyline is well paced, Latoya, Jasper and JJ, their son, are likable endearing characters; but the third act drama causing the couple to temporally separate is predictable and lacks luster because it is set up early in the story during a hospital scene with Jasper's father and some hooligans. The author omits answering the of how the hospital knew how to contact Jasper concerning his father's illness and what if any efforts did Latoya make to inform Jasper of his impending fatherhood. Jasper and Latoya and JJ reunion is instant and fairytale like; never-the-less, it's an enjoyable predictable read.

Until Forever is a sugary sweet splashed with spice contemporary second chance romance. The BOOM strikes again! I love how these characters fit perfectly together.
Jasper and Latoya are high school sweethearts from two different sides of the tracks. On the night of Latoya's graduation party Jasper makes a decision that he feels is for the best.
Let's skip ahead a few years later......
Latoya's life is hectic, but there is nothing she would change about it. She loves what she does and she has family and friends who love her. Until.... she hears a voice from her past. Her parents I could understand their negativity towards Jasper, but I also liked that they had friends who wanted to see their happily ever after. This is a new author to me and I have to say I liked what I read. Awesome story about love and second chances and never giving up on the love of your life 😊 ❤

Latoya and Jasper were high school sweethearts, first loves and all that jazz. Jasper was the boy from the wrong side of the tracks, and after realizing that he was going to just bring Latoya down with him, he splits. Years go by, Toya is now a nurse and ends up with Jasper's father as one of her patients, which ends up bringing Jasper back into her life. This is where Jasper makes a point of letting her know that he made a mistake and wants a chance. But will Toya give Jasper a second chance? Does he deserve that chance for just up and leaving and making decisions like that without her input? What happens when Jasper learns that he left more than just Latoya behind?
This was a cute story; we get some drama, which we expect, and a bit of cuteness, but we also get this added element of danger and some violence. Let's not forget the naughty bits that were super hot! Jasper and Latoya give us a good story and a nice addition to the HEA world. I give this 4 stars.

This is a standalone in the Happily Ever Alpha World brought to you by Aurora Rose Reynolds. The story has danger, secrets, and heartbreak.
This is Latoya and Jasper’s story. This is a second chance story. They were in love until he left. What he never knew was he left a piece of himself behind. She was shattered but having her son helped her move forever. She no longer believes in a forever, but she knows she love hard and deep. Her son is proof of that. Now the man she loved and left her broken is back. He thinks they will pick up where they left off, but she has secrets and a wall around her heart that is not easily broken down. The trust for him is gone and he will have to build that trust all over again. When he finds out her secrets will he do something to break her even more? Or finally prove he is the man for her, and he can now promise them both a forever?
I recommend this book.

This is my first read of a Sade Rene book, and while I did enjoy the book, I didn’t love it. I felt in a lot of ways that the story fell short. Jasper and Latoya were high school sweethearts, but he broke her heart when he left. What he didn’t know was that she was pregnant. I was annoyed with Jasper when he finds out about JJ, but in truth, he has no right to be mad because he left and cut off all communications. She tried to reach him, but there was not reciprocation. I felt like there were a couple of holes left here where this particular thing didn’t get cleared up. I liked the characters of Jasper and Latoya but they fell a little short and I felt like their reconnection was almost forced. JJ was a well-rounded and adjusted kid for the most part, but even the issues that were spoken to about those I felt like we were left hanging a little bit.

Things changed one night and they were left to wonder why for the next 7 years. When these two find each other again will the boom hit them just as hard the second time around or is what they felt never meant to be?
I had never read this author before but wowza what a story she gives us. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was a great second chance romance. It also delivered on all the feels. Jasper and Latoya's story really hit me in the heart. The person who should love Jasper unconditionally set him on path he didn't want because of the poison he spewed at Jasper. Watching Latoya and Jasper reconnect and go on the path they should have been so many years ago warmed my heart. Little JJ was so adorable and precious. He's like a little man. He's a scene stealer that's for sure. The scenes with Jasper and JJ melted my heart. JJ is like Jasper's mini me. There were times that this book had me on the edge of my seat as well. The last chapter was so perfect and the epilogues were the cherry on top this book sundae. It's a great addition to Happily Ever Alpha World.

I absolutely loved Jasper and Latoya's story! One of the best second chance romances I have read so far this year!
Jasper knows what he wants and he is willing to fight for it. Latoya makes him work for it and I devoured every bit of it. Full of passion, suspense, heartache, and love. I fell head over heels for these two and so will you!

Jasper and Latoya's second chance story was pretty sweet and heartwarming. They're high school sweethearts but Jasper was the boy from the wrong side of the tracks and he left Toya because he thought he didn't deserve her and would only hold her back. 8 years have passed, Jasper is back and Latoya is still the one woman he loves. And to discover he has a son? He's definitely going to fight for both of them for a second chance. I loved their story and I especially loved JJ.

The love story of Jasper Vanek and Latoya Reynard. Latoya is an African American, who is a good student, well liked with two loving parents and a large extended family. Jasper is a white, bad boy from the wrong side of the tracks with an abusive, alcoholic father.
Latoya graduated from high school while Jasper is a dropout, planning on getting his GED. Still, after her graduation party, they plan to run away and make a life for themselves. Jasper arrives at Latoya party, after a fight with his father who says cruel things to him. He realizes that she's too good for him and leaves town without her but leaves her a note. She doesn't get to share her secret with him.
Eight years later, he returns, because his father is dying and she just happens to be his father's nurse. They both find out that there are secrets that will affect whether they will have life together.
The book is somewhat disjointed and I put it down to read other books before finishing it. Yes, the attraction is there but the characters and actions they take are just too unrealistic. There's things not well explained; such as what happened with Jasper in the eight years he was gone. Everyone is too forgiving and too accepting of past hurts and wrongs; and, Jasper always comes out as the hero.
In spite of the HEA, I was left dissatisfied.

Wonderful!
Latoya and Jasper are wonderful!!! I love when people come together and make a beautiful love story. They have their moments and I wish Jasper was smarter in the beginning but also, Latoya needed to grow up a bit too. When they finally started to be there for JJ and each other their love was beautiful!!! A true BOOM kind of love!

Wow. This book is amazing. It shows second chances can happen. I couldn't put book down once started.
I loved Latoya and Jasper together, they've always loved each other. But they had to grow more to be back together. It takes them a while to come back together, but once they do its like they never were apart.
I highly recommend this book.

This is my first read from this author and I have to say I loved every single minute of Jasper, Toya and JJ’s story. It is filled with heartbreak (that prologue got me!!!), a second chance, family, fate and the BOOM!!!
I loved the cast of characters, old and new. The relationship between Latoya and JJ and then Jasper and JJ together was beautiful. They each had such a bond with JJ that was so special. There was definitely some 🔥🔥 as well. Beautifully written!
