“God never said that all things would be good. He said he would take all things and work them together for good. He has a purpose for all that He allows, and it is so that we might, by these things, be able to accomplish greater things than we could without them.”
It’s so easy for me to have muddied thinking when going through a difficult time. What I need is a fresh perspective of God and a reminder of His promises. I highly recommend this book to all Christians whether you are going through a deep trial or not. The author draws spiritual lessons from Genesis which are a great encouragement to me!
